The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) has been working assiduously for Clean,Honest, Accurate, Meaningful and Peaceful elections. It has done so, and continues to do so without the usual fanfare or clanging cymbals and noisy gongs. As a national parish-based political but non-partisan lay movement established in 1991, the PPCRV has grown to earn the respect of both civil society and ecclesiastical bodies in its initiatives of transforming the electoral culture of the country.
