MOA Signing Between PPCRV and the Rotary Club of Manila

The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) and Rotary Philippines have forged an alliance to disseminate voters' education and to ensure pollwatching in the upcoming elections. This was held last November 27, 2009 at the Dusit Hotel in Makati. 

 

 

At the MOA signing were Ana de Villa Singson (seated, second from left) who served as wtiness to the MOA signing, also present were National PPCRV Chairman Ambassador Henrietta de Villa (seated, third from left), and Governor Sid Garcia of Rotary Philippines (seated, 3rd from right) together with other Rotary Club Philippines luminaries.

The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) and Rotary Club Philippines have recently partnered in disseminating Voters' Education and pollwatching for the upcoming National Election. Sealing the deal at the MOA signing are PPCRV's Communication Director Ana de Villa Singson, PPCRV's National Chairman Ambassador Henrietta de Villa and Rotary PHiippines' Governor Sid Garcia.
